Error message on Seagate Free Agent - "Windows delayed write failed"
I did a straight file copy to a new Seagate FreeAgent drive ( the J: drive) which seemed to work fine, but I just noticed a smal icon in the task tray, with the message below. Any idea what this really means?
Windows delayed write failed
Windows was unable to save all the data for file J:\Mft. This error may be caused by your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
