You are infected with spyware and probably other internet parasites.   As I suggested to the original poster, this is not a hard drive problem.  In your case the infection that is causing the error is the bxxs5.dll  (note that exact spelling is critical here and whenever you post an error message) that is loaded by the BookedSpace parasite.  See the following for specific removal instructions:

If you have this, you are likely infected with all kinds of other garbage.  To get rid of it download, install, update, and run the free versions of Ad-Aware and Spybot and let these programs remove all of the garbage that they find.

Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in one of the following forums:
