Format and reinstall XP
My Vostro 200 needs to be cleaned. I came installed with Windows XP Home.
Will Dell and Microsoft let me reinstall?
Can I just ' format C', and reinstall from the bootable discs I have?

Hi Scott, If you intend to use your disc's, then you will need this support journal HERE on how to get your drivers, and in what order they go on. Ps HERE is an link to your manual.
