Format on DVD+RW
Have Phillips DVD+RW DVD8631. It will not format a cd-rw. When I click format I get Fornat E:- Sonic DLA. I add lable and click start. It starts and then stops and it says Format failed due to general failure. Whats wrong?

Hi Klinger,
I believe Dell and also Sonic has a update/patch for Sonic`s software, please consider giving this a try.
