GX260 "(Setup cannot access this disk)"

Just got 12 of these from DFS. One is really driving me crazy. Appears to boot OK. Windows install starts OK. Fine until it get to a screen that starts "The following list shows the existing partitions and unpartitioned space on this computer." When I press ENTER, I get a dark blue screen "A problem has been detected..."
Technical information:
STOP: 0x0000008E ((0xC0000005, 0xF74239A8, 0xF6E6675C, 0x00000000)
setupdd.sys - Address F74239A8 base at F73FC000, DateStamp 41107c8f

When I run the IDE drive diagnostics from the Boot Device Menu, the result is Fail Return Code:7

One observation: On this system, the Boot Device Menu is different than on the others. There are only 5 choices; it does not list the 2)Diskette Drive or 3)Hard-Disk Drive C:

Any ideas/suggestions?
