I ran a dell diagnostic scan on my system powered by PC doctor.
It created the following report.

Confirm the diagnosis with the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup). If you see the same type of error there, the drive must be replaced - there is no alternative.

Hi r.qamar
Welcome to the community
I appreciate you sending this report which has made my task easier to isolate the issue on your system. Battery is not charging to its optimum level this indicates that battery needs to be replaced, however, since batteries are consumable products (their life depreciates upon daily usage), warranty on battery is limited for one year from the date of purchase of battery/computer.
S.M.A.R.T (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) error for the hard drive indicates that the drive might have been failing. I would recommend you to back up the data as soon as possible to avoid any data loss situation.
Please find below the link for warranty entitlement status page on our support website.

For hard drive issue if your system has active warranty contracts, you can contact me directly by clicking on my user name to add me as your friend and send me a direct message with the system service tag, phone number and address.
For Battery issue, please follow the same procedure as long as the battery is with in the first one year of system's invoice date or purchase date. Else you can place an order online for new battery.
