Hard drive failure
hello guys
I have an Inspiron 15R and i ran the system diagnostic and i had several failures:
is the hard drive hopeless, or it can be solved
please help

Actually few months ago suddenly the laptop could not start up....stopping at the stage where the Dell logo appears. ...I extracted my data and restored the factory image. ...you think it was because of the hard disk!?
Dann. ....it is 15 month old.

Hi Dr57rz1,
Hard drives that fail cannot be fixed. Does the system still run? If so, now is your chance to back up your files.
