hard drive issues

A virus crashed my computer.  I watched it mirror my files and form about 400 start up programs in 3 minutes.  I could not reinstall windows because I ha already installed sp2, so I deleted it in the partition.  Now that I have reinstalled it and all of the drivers I get a run32dll error code and it locks up every 10 seconds. any suggestions?
