help with taking cover off computer tower

I have been online with tech support forever and all I need to know is how and what screws do I remove to take the cover off my computer terminal?  Do I need a particular screw driver?  All I want to do is add memory, so help would be appreciated.  Thanx

What model do you have? Most require no tools at all.

The Dimension 2400; I am trying to remove it to add more memory but don't know how to get in to start, lol.
