HELP!

Question

HI, I AM HAVING A PRODUCT KEY PROBLEM. When I log try to open up Microsoft Word, or office for that matter, I am prompted to input a 25 digit PRODUCT KEY. I have the product key number from the back of the Microsoft Office CD Case and it does not work. And I also tried the Product Key under the Notebook which doesn't work either. What do I do next?? DELL ASSISTANCE TOLD ME TO CALL MICROSOFT. ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hi there, did MS Office come with your computer? Don't enter dashes when entering the key.

THe key is on the Microsoft Office CD. Make sure not to mix up a "1" with the letter "I".

Hi, and thanks for responding.   There aren't any 1's or I's. Haven't entered any dashes either. MS Office did come with the computer. I also have a CD which came in the package. I even called Dell, I have to call back again today because they can ony allow 2 grace logins per day. Completely agrrivating.   Thanks a lot for you help
