how do i format my computer???
Hi, I have a virus in my computer and i want to format the whole thing.....I don't know how to do it. I remember that i have to hold ctrl + f??? when i start my computer but i don't know exactly what to do. Can someone please help me?

It would help to include the computer model and version of windows in the post.
For the instructions for restoring the Software on a Dell Inspiron or Dimension system to it's original configuration, go here.

Thank's for the heads up.
It would seem that "The chosen document is not currently available. Please try again later" message, means that Dell are in the process of upgrading their website again!
