Insert your thumb drive into an available USB port. Open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and you should see your thumb drive appear as a "removable drive". Windows will assign it a drive letter, like E or F.
Go to downloads, find the driver you need and click the download file button, Save as, then select My Computer, then the drive letter for your thumb drive. After the download is complete, check Windows Explorer to see if the file is there.
