kernel spool 32 error

Unable to find any information about problem, error message.

Don't know why get this message spool 32 has caused an error in

kernll 32 dll  spool 32 will now close if keep having trouble try restart.

that don't work, the problem is when try to print. Have contacted support

followed instructions for clean boot. don't work, try print directly to printer

when click on printer icon message spool 32 has caused an error in kernel 32 dll will now close. don't close click on close computer locks up

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem Please  Very Greatfull
