It has to be done from an internal floppy, or you will need to prepare a slipstreamed CD with the SATA drivers on it (see below). You'll need to get the drivers from nVidia, as Dell won't support Server 2K3 on this system. Slipstreaming: http://maximumpc.com/2005/01/how_to_slipstre.html
Hi and thanks for the reply. Do nVidia do Graphics cards? I need the hard drive drivers (I think). I boot to the 2k3 CD and it starts copying files/drivers etc then shows the Starting Windows Setup text... then this is the error message I get:
Error message A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to protect your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen restart your computer. If the screen appears again follow these steps. Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer. Technical info *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF789EA94, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x000000000
Any help much appreciated. Charlie. :EDIT: I get the same error message with XP Pro too.

Hi and thanks. Could you do me a favour and point me to where I need to be on the nVidia site, I've looked three times now and can't find what I need. Thanks Charlie.
