MediaHub Application Error

I applied the Sonic "patch" that was posted today to my week old E521 and now I can play DVD's with Sonic, Real Audio and Windows Media Player. Great!

I can record DVD's. But, when I exit Roxio Media Home I still receive the MediaHub.exe Application Error (memory could not be read), twice and the Run Time Error (pure virtual function call).

This error has occured since the first time I turned the computer on.

I have seen several references to this error, but have not noted any real fixes. Any suggestions? I am not inclined to delete Roxio and reinstall it.

Or, should I delete Roxio and buy Nero?

Hi Tpaul,
One of our Regulars, Dave suggested the following link for the same error message.
Unfortuately it did not help Toronto but you may get lucky. See the two suggestions:

I did install the roxio updates before but did not work. So this time I reinstalled the updates, rebooted the computer and uninstalled windows media player 11 and it rolled back to 10. I have no errors when closing creator now. I did not contact dell but any more problems like this and I will contact.
