internet files are not encrypted in the HDD and you can view it by open a internet page..

click on   tools >> internet options >> under temporary internet files ..settings >> view files.

these are the temporary internet files which u  wre askin abt...... so always delete these files by delete cookies, delete files, and clear history. If u do tis u wont lose any data.....

Hey thanks. That helps alot. What about sent email messages are those on the harddrive. Is there a way to see those once they've been deleted?
