Missing DVD player software.

Question

My Dell Media Experience came with the DVD player software. However, somehow it got uninstalled and/or deleted from my programs/files. Every other part of it (the music, pictures, videos) are still there, and installed, but not the DVD player. I have no idea how to get it back, since getting the update requires having the older version installed. I think you can go out and buy the software, but I'd much rather avoid having to do that, if at all possible. Does anyone know how I can recover the program, or have any suggestions on what to do? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.
