"My Computer" missing can't find it...Please help!!!

I am assuming that you mean the "My computer" icon on the desktop?

In Windows XP: right click anywhere on the desktop. Got to properties, click the desktop tab, click customize desktop. In the center of the screen, click restore defaults. You can also at the top put a checkmark on My computer in the desktop icons. I am not running Windows vista.

But

with Vista you would right click the desktop then

select personalize look to the upper left will see

change the desktop icons you can find my computer 

in there!
