dell dimension 4550 desktop, xp home edition w/ sp2. sp2 just installed about 3 weeks ago. everything was running great but my spyware wouldnt update w/out sp2 so i installed it. right away i had problems like others ive read about w/ start up. my kid got it going but some programs wont run or take forever to open. drop down menus dont work,cant get my camera to load picture,system restore is inop or cant toggle months. all restore points missing. 'my computer" takes several minute to open.can i just uninslall sp2 or do i need restore points? thanks
