Try e-mail support if you can't reach phone support and still can get online. You could look inside the tower case and see if all the connections look secure.
What do the four diagnostic lights on the back of the tower look like? They need to all be green to be happy... Also what model dimension is it? (not that it makes a lot of difference for this problem, but always nice to know)
Try the phone tech support again and hang on - it can take a long time. Your 1 year warranty is over half gone so you need to get the problem resolved pronto!
