New drive problems

Question

I purchased a new 40GB Hitachi Travelstar HTS541040G9AT00 (for the pedantic) for my 600m but when I put it in there, it's not detected. If I put my old drive Fujitsu drive in there, it works fine.   I was thinking it was a jumper issue with that specific drive but I don't have any spare jumpers for it at the moment so I'm open to new ideas. Anyone have a solution for this problem?

I didn't even notice the blade on the old hard drive, I feel like such a fool. This solved it though, thanks a lot!
