Not recognizing cd/game disc
When we insert a game a box pops up telling us to 'insert correct disc ' or 'please insert disc.' With music CD's the computer is not recognizing them at all. How can this be repaired?
We have a Dimension 4700. I believe this is regarding the D drive. Thanks.

Hi Syn,
As for Music CD`s, I must ask, do you AutoPlay enabled?
Also we have seen the program Sonic`s DLA cause issue with some game installation and playing, if you have consider disabling it.
Click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 13-0, article 12.
