PC Backup

Question

My new Dell Inspiron has come with a PC backup trial for 90 days.  It looks like the result is that my one and only drive is showing up as 2:  the regular C drive and the backup drive that is consuming 40GB.   If I uninstall PC Backup, will the D drive be absorbed into the C drive?

No. You'll either need to repartition and reinstall for that, or use a third-party partitioning utility such as Partition Magic.
