PCI Raid controller - System will not boot

Hello!

 

I have an Optiplex GX280 with two 80gb disk connected to a Highpoint RocketRaid 1520 card with Serial ATA. The Raid card bios finds the drives and i have set up an Raid 1 configuration. The Dell bios detects the 1520 Raid card and it is in the Boot Sequence list.

The problem is when i start up my computer i get the Error "No boot device available - strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility".

 

I have installed XP Pro on the raid configuration, that went fine (after i had used the disk that came with the raid card).

Does anyone know how i can get the system to boot from the Raid configuration?

 

I have the same problem on a GX270 with a Adaptec1200A raid card, but here it is possible to boot the system when pressing F1...
