Phillips CDRW/DVD CDD5263

Question

How come I can burn a CD but when I play the CD in my car or in my stero, the last 5 or 6 songs seem to be really staticy and such???  Is it that my CD burner is shot and I need a new one???  I am using a Phillips CDRW/DVD CDD5263 that came with my computer when I purchased it.  Any tips anyone can give me???  Thanks a lot    Jordan

It may be that the burn speed was too high. Car players
have difficulty reading the reflectivity od a CDR disc.
Slow the burn speed to about 1/4 the maximum available
speed. Try some thing around 8x to 12x.
