Please help

Question

I am having trouble starting my computer. When I turn it on it has a message stating memory has changed and that the memory address line was not as expected. when I skip this, it prompts me to enter safe mode, normal start-up, etc. but with whatever I chose it will not continue start up and freezes.  When I do get it past this, I get various errors on a blue screen that says the computer was shut down to prevent problems.  Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? I would really appreciate the help. thanks

Reseat the memory module(s), boot, press F12 and run the Dell diagnostics on the entire system, particularly the RAM and hard drive.
