Problem with an Enterprise Exos 7e8 HDD

1 year ago I purchased this HDD brand new sealed, online (but not from Dell).

Today it failed point blank. Any chances I could use the warranty and how?

I have the PPID, serial, dom, etc. (manufacturing date February 12, 2019).
