Problem with hard disk SATA
Hello. I have installed a hard disk SATA and it is not recognized. Is it necessary to do some type of configuration in SAS?. Thank you

What is the model of your Dell and your operating system? Have you installed the new drive as the system drive or for added storage?

I have one Dell Precision 690 with operating system windows 7 64 bits. If, the hard disk I have installed it. Thank you

I believe that the problem is related to the configuration SAS. But I do not have knowledge to form it

Did you check disk management to partition and format the drive?
