Problem with the CD drive
When i use the CD drive sometimes it give me an error and can not open and doesnt do anything. I dont know what is.
If i have to installa program with two CD i can no do it, because in the first cd it Stop.
My laptop is a DELL Inspiron 1545

Hi, Jose:
This problem can occur is you have Sonic DLA installed. If you do not use DLA, use Add/Remove programs to uninstall it. If you use it, you can disable it following these instructions.
If that solution does not help, please provide the exact error message.

Hi, I aprecciate your help but my Cd does not have DLA. The problem is that when i incert a CD, when i want to eject the cd it doesnt work and my computer freeze.
The last error it gave me was this...

That information does not help me, unfortunately. Are you getting some sort of blue screen error? Can you give me any more information?
