Problem: write error for DVD+R DL on 9300

What drive is fitted ?

 NEC ND-6500A Slim 8X DVD+/-RW   or  Sony DW-D56A slim 8x DVD+/-RW

Firmware upgrades are available for both drives to use latest DVD+R/DL
