If your system is still under warranty: call dell and get a replacement drive.

That is a S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring Analysis and Report Technology ) error boding impending doom of the drive.  If under warranty, it is an automatic HDD replacement.  Likel it says, back up you data & call Dell
