random error message on startup

this has never happened to me before, today i got to work, powered on and instead of entering into windows, a white screen popped up with this message on it

this computer system, #1mj3xc1-595b, is protected by a password authenication system. you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password. please type in the system or administrator password and press enter.

is this a virus that is playing tricks on me, or is this something valid, if it is, i do not know the administrative password for this, is it some random number?
