SATA Disk & System Memory Failure
I have a Dimensions 4700 Desktop. This morning it would not boot up - blue screen with Stop error message screen appears.
I went to the Utility Partition to run the diagnostic tool and the following tests failed:
System Memory - "MATS" and "March A Test"
(Error Code: 2F00:0019, Msg: System memory failure. Read 00240000h, expected 00000000h at address 1C844040h. Suspected memory component located on System board, at label CHANNEL B DIMM 0) - note: had multiple errors like this when running the diagnostic - same Error Code, different addressses
Hard Drive - SATA Disk - "Read Test" and "Verify Test"
(Error Code: 0F00:0244, Msg: Block 6657598. Uncorrectable data error or media is write protected)
(Error Code: 0F00:1A44, Msg: Block 6657598. Uncorrectable data error or media is write protected)
Can someone please help me understand what this means and how to fix it?

Move the memory module to the other socket and re-test. If the failure follows the module, you have a bad memory module; replace it with a new one. If the failure occurs to a different module in the slot where the original one failed, the socket is bad; replace the system board.
