smart event error

smart event error says hard disk may fail but it is working OK. It is not even 25% full. How to resolve this issue?

S.M.A.R.T is telling you that the hard drive is failing and should be replaced ASAP. Backup any data you wish to save,
 
 
If your system is under warranty, contact Dell's Technical Support and give them the error message.
