sonic cd burner

Question

now i can't get the sonic repaired or removed cause this comes up a network error occurred while attempting to read from the file then on sonic now it says window installer rneng.msl and on the dla it says the same but at the end it has dlaeng.msl what is this and how do i take care of this  i can run my disc and the screen opens and i go to install and i went ti repair and the samething happens and when i try and in stall it won't let me

If DLA is involved, I suggest disabling it for diagnostic purposes. Finally, when you post back, please list your system model and drive model(s).

Try going to My Computer, right click your burner and select properties, then find the DLA tab and disable it. Then you should be able to uninstall DLA.

My system model is dimesison 4600i i don't know how to get the drive model i am trying to get my sonic uninstalled and this is the message i get with the sonic DLA A network error occurred while attempting to read from c window installer DLAENG.MSI and then when i click ok another window says fatal error during installation then when i go to sonic recordnow to uninstall it says Sonic DLA was installed with your version of recordnow. To remove select it from the add/remove programs option available in the window control panel. i then click ok and another window  says A network wrroe occurred while attempting to read from c window installer RNENG.MSI i then click ok and the message fatal error during installation i hope this helps  please i am going insane with this

What I mean is select the drive letter corresponding to your CD or DVD burner. You won't actually see the word 'burner'.

I don't have a dla tab all i have is general autoplay  hardware sharing recording tabs and where is windows explorer?

Ok, sounds like it's time to get oyur hardware details. Please post your system model and the models of your optical drives. They can be found either in Device Manager or in the Hardware tab of your drive properties.

i have given up on this i got a real bad head ack from it and i down loaded windows media player 10 and i tried to burn a cd that was mine and it worked so that is all i wanted so something must have help. i want to thank all of ya and if i need you again i know where i can come again thanks alot
