SONY CDRW/DVD CRX330E Driver Help
I've been looking all over the internet and the Dell website. I have a CDRW that has a corrupt driver and I can not find a place to download this driver to start again. Does anyone have any tips/suggestions on where I can find it? It's not even listed as a driver on the Driver Download portion of the Dell website.

Look in the Device Manager, click on the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drives.
Right-click the drive and select Properties. Is there an Error Code
(number) present?

Yes, there is an error code. It's error code #39. Looks like the driver is either missing or corrupted.
