spoolsv.exe Application Error
Can some please tell me what this error means:
spoolsv.exe Application Error:
The instruction at "0x01fd167c" referenced memory at "0x00000020". The memory could not be read.

The application called spoolsv.exe (sounds like the printer spooler service) referenced an illegal memory location. This indicates either a bug in the program, possibly a hardware problem that corrupted the program or data in memory or a software problem that corrupted the data/program in memory.
You can always run the diagnostics (F12 at boot) and run the extended memory and HD tests to rule out obvious hardware issues.
You can also run the system file checker (see here)
