SSD 4K alignment question

I have an OptiPlex 990. I cloned the OS install which was a raid 1 config with two drives to a new crucial MX100 drive. I swapped out the drive and change to AHCI in the bios since its just a single drive now.

Everything is working fine. I ran a test to check 4k alignment using AS SSD tool. Whats a bit confusing is that AS SSD shows that the 4K alignment is ok but the number shown is very large. Im use to seeing something like 1024K not 11888100K. Is that because the drive is set as MBR and not GPT? Is this inaccurate? Drive seems fast based on the tests.

Hi Bryguy85,

The MiniTool Partition Wizard can check and fix the alignment issue for you.

This is one of many reasons we recommend a clean install, rather than cloning.
