I have a problem with my laptop whereby if I am browsing on the internet and the system starting a low humming sound and suddenly the monitor turns blue with a words in the middle (it looks like a BIOS screen) and the computer then switches off and it reboots to F2 prompt. If I press the F2 button or any other keyboard button, nothing happens and so I have to press the power button to shut off the computer. When I restart the computer, it takes a little while to reboot and once the desktop screen appears, there is an error message dialog box which says: -
C:WINDOWS\Wintemp\Win\1060504.tmp
C:DOCUME~\~1\user\Locals~1\Temp\WER11.inp.dir00\sysdata.xml
I also did a diagnostic search and these are the error messages: -

There may be a problem with this extensible counter or the service it is collecting data from or the system may have been very busy when this call was attempted.
