Unable to open "e" drive
What does it means " the drive or netowrk connection hat the shortcut "local disk (E) Ink" refers is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resources is avaialable and then try again" ?
I am unable to open on "E" drive.
When I start opening the windows the message has appeared and says " Warning: Dell's disk monitoring system has detected that drive 1 on the primary EIDE controller is operating outside of normal specification. It is advisable to immediately back-up your data and replace you hard drive by calling your support desk or Dell computer corpation."
Does it mean my "E" hard drive have been destroyed?

The boot error means your hard drive has failed, or is failing. If the E partition was on that drive, it's possible it is toast.
Boot the Dell diagnostics CD that came with the system and do a full test, including a surface scan.

Replace the drive and restore your backups. It sounds like the drive is dead.
