Windows XP after replacing HD

I have a Inspiron 1150 notebook and after about 4 years the hard drive crashed. I am going to replace the hard drive but how do I re-install Windows XP afterwards. My Dell did not come with a restore CD. Do I have to buy it or can i get one from Dell? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
