XPS 400 Boot Sequence

I am looking for the Default Boot Sequence setup for my XPS 400.  I cleared the CMOS after a startup problem and now I have a boot sequence error.  lights 1 2 3 are on during boot.

     Hi ,
As my PC boots up the lighs 1-2-3-4 flicker on from one to the other thru out the sequence ,I assumed this is normal part of the boot up processs ? I have four RAM sticks installed filling all available slots ,I installed the last two for a total of two G.B.'s of DDR RAM PC2 512M.B. each @533MHz ! I found the exrtra Gig of RAM to be a excelllent first upgrade to my system ,since I do not plan on upgrading to Vista any time soon ,and I have been lead to believe that 2G.B.'s is the most Ram needed with WinXP, not to mention budget concerns ,I did buy my RAM from Crucial.com at what was the best price for quality RAM ! I went ahead and installed the TV Tuner card after that ,and all is good with my PC ,it runs fast and the picture is wonderful ,even though my next upgrade will be a higher end graphics card ! I made the mistake of purchasing the ATI X300SE 128M.B. from Dell at a inflated price ,only to find out this card really has only 32M.B. of onboard Mem ,it draws the rest from your processor ! All the Dell Sales rep had to do was tell me this and they could have easily sold me up to a higher end card. Iam a Sales Manager at a Jewelry store and if one of my sales people did not at least offer the customer of the lowest and the highest end in what they where looking for and explain to them the reason for the price differance they probably would be getting a lesson from me in always showing all of the options to the customer and explaining to them the reason why the higher priced piece cost more ,you would be surprised how many will opt for the more expensive yet higher quality piece
                                                        Good Luck Nick
