I have created backup of files using Dell SupportAssist recovery tool.

OS is recovered and ran the support assist tool to update the files, drivers etc. all goes well.

Now i am unable to restore the backed up files as there is no restore option available. The backup was done on D drive of the pc.

I rebooted the pc and pressed F12 button, still the same thing.

i can see the backed up files on SupportAssist tool but don;t see any option.

please assist.
