Hi All,

I have just assigned some storage from my VMAX to a Linux server and strangely its seeing loads of un necessary disks . Rescan script is showing old next to them.

I have only assigned 1 LUN and made sure its only mapped to 1 FA , 1 HBA is connected from server side and same one is zonned in to the 1FA where its logged in.

I don't understand why linux is seeing soo many luns.
