I think this is the right link. You should look for Dell Rack Advisor, that will answer most of those questions. It will let you build out a rack and calculate heat and power for you.
Jeff's looks like an older "local" version, including systems up to 8th generation machines (2800, 1800, 2850, etc.). The link in my post includes up to 10th generation servers (T105, R200, etc.) ... the most current one I know of.
