iDrac 7 with CA SSL Certificate

I am sorry to go over this again, but I hope someone might be able to help me.

I have 14 Servers all running with Self Assigned SSL Certificates. I have a CA Server and want to create the SSL Certificate using that.

I have downloaded a PFX file from my CA, and created a CSR from one of these servers. I then fulfilled the CSR request with my CA.but when putting the KEY File and the new CER file onto one of the Servers, it complains about the CER file.

What am I missing... I don't want to create a 3rd Party KEY, I need to use my CA Server.

I tried using my CA Key going though the following page, but it still does not work.

Any Ideas?
