Lost Idrac 8 licence

Question

Hi!

I have 4 Dell Servers (PowerEdge R530).

One of them lost IDRAC Licence after a long power loss. I didnt realize backuping the licence.

The real problem is that I have not access to Dell Digital Locker, because the Server´s buyer is not working anymore in the institute when I work and nobody knows how to access to the account.

Also, The Dell´s support ends on 2020.

So, Is there any chance I can retrieve from somewhere the licence?

I would recommend to contact Customer Care: 1 (800) 624-9897

They may have you process an Ownership transfer to update asset information so that you can log into the Digital Locker. Check with them for steps. If you have original order number they were purchased on that will help.
