Perc 6/i downgrade

Question

I have Dell R610. I upgrade Perc 6/i firmware than front panel shows me an error which is "W1228 RAID Controller battery capacity < 24hr"

I downloaded from here

"https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER01002138M/1/SAS-RAID_Firmware_F96NR_WN32_6.3.3-0002_X00.EXE"

I know it is an old server but I think it is not about Raid battery. I want to try downgrade Perc 6/i but I didn't find and information. Can you help me to downgrade?

I am using Windows 12 RE.

Hi,

I don't think that lastest bios cause battery issue. Could you with OMSA export the TTY log of the perc then check for the lowest value of absolute state of charge into these logs? If value is lower than 20-25% you have to change the PERC battery.
