I bought the above on October 15th 2015 From Dabs.com  I've used it very little but as far as I could see it worked fine. When I went to use it this morning I found the stylus tip was absent.  Clearly it's fallen out.

 I have handled this stylus very carefully. It has always been inserted in the stylus loop on the official Dell Venue 8 Pro case. The cased tablet with stylus sits on my desk or in a pouch in my briefcase.  It has had no rough or abusive handling. A websearch reveals that this problem has occurred many times.

What options are open to me? Can you please advise how I can sort this out?
