dell venue 7 3740 boot loop issue

I can't get my tablet to start - seems stuck in a boot loop.  I am also not able to hard reset the thing - get it into recovery mode.  Any suggestions?

Hi Yes, it is a issue related to motherboard. What i was told is that an update in firmware had caused some damage to the mother board, so it is replaced (i had warranty that time)
